Email your payment screenshot to customerservice@ethanbing.com with the purchase reference from your bill in the subject. Include the amount and wallet transaction reference. You may crop out your balance and unrelated transactions.
Client Services will match the transfer to your order. Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order for shipment.
